Good question on the low denomitions one. For the high it is self explaining.
When I watch to French tables to be opened like in Barcelona for instance they put all the plaques and jetons on the table to count the and verify them. Don't know they put them in numeric order ? Same in Monaco and San Remo.

For shure at the evening the people in the cage will put them in order. Can't imagen the look on their face after some of us pay them a visit and they are missing a few (to a lot)...
For Belgian casino at the cage where they have ALL the plaques even the smaller denominations are in numeric order. So they can track what went out and when it came back and so.
Just my thoughts.
