A RR is a way to trade. The organizer of the RR posts a notice about a new RR starting. Anyone interested sends that person an email including their address. The organizer specifies the rules and arranges the order in which each person will receive the RR. The rules and names / addresses are included in the RR package. Each person get the RR in turn taking as many as they want. An equal number of replacements must be put in the RR. There is no requirement to put in more than is taken. Canadians are welcome in any of my RR. I have not seen anyone that has started a RR prohibit someone due to location. Watch the Chipboard for announcments of new RR.
