The first 3 positions of the member number do not necessarily mean the "card" is from a particular Harrah's location. The first 3 positions only identifies where the person originally signed up for a Harrah's card. I have had cards reissued from Harrah's in many locations all with my original member number which I received in Atlantic City. So do not think you have a card from a particular Harrah's location just because of the first 3 positions of the member number. It may very well have been issued somewhere else.
