I'm sad to see Wayne and Belinda stepping down from the Convention chairperson position they have handled so well the last few years.
I understand the large scale of this undertaking, and I understand their need to move on and let some one else pickup the ball and run with it.

Giving this situation some thought, it hit me like a slap up the side of the head. We have the perfect person to take over, right here in Las Vegas. This person is well known and well respected in the chipping community, has past experience in this type of thing, has a mate who is as active in chipping as he is, and a person I'm proud to call my friend. The person to step in and not miss a step is George Conrad. I think with a little encouragement from us George would take the job, and I know he would do a great job.
