Help with French Chips

I have an opportunity to buy a set of French Chips from an Estate in COlorado. However no one seems to know what a reasonable price is. I do not have a scan but here is the description. There are two wood boxes 11" x 11 1/4" each. These boxes have four small wood boxes inside. Each small box (8) has a set of chips of a different color inside. The chips appear to be bakelite and have a number on one side. There are six sizes of chips in each box. They are: Ten round "1" chips; Ten octagon "2" chips; Ten square "5" chips; Twelve rectangler "10" chips; Four wider rectangler "25" chips and three larger eight sided "100" chips. The only writing on the boxes or chips is on the large outer boxes. They say "E. Brioulet Paris" by the brass lock set. Each of the eight small boxes holds 49 chips and is identical except for color. The colors are: Bleu, Rouge, Vert, Corail, Blew CLair, Jaune, Vilot and Blance (there is a sticker on each box with the color name). I have no idea how old the chips are. They are in perfect condition. Any ideas. Are they a collectable? Bob R-1919
