What exactly are eBay's "regular business hours"?? Twenty-four hours a day?

Of course, no one is forced. But, you can't always plan for every contingency and unexpected events sometimes interfere with even the best of plans.

Actually, the exact eBay language is:

My emphasis on the word "should", which means that even the three day limit is not an absolute requirement.
