Hey Jim. If you go to a bricks and mortar store during regular business hours, do you expect it to be open? I do. Maybe

once in a blue moon I might expect a small shop to be closed by a "real world" problem. The bottom line is if someone

is too busy because of their real world instrusions, no one is forcing them to use an online auction which requires a

contact in NO MORE than 3 days and even less is considered better by most buyers.

I'm not suggested we string sellers up by their thumbs who don't contact buyers promptly grin but it is a part of good customer service. In person or online, customers want good service and not a lot of excuses about how the seller is a busy person with more important matters to tend to than their business.
