Rec'd 17 Feb from Joe & patiently waited until a government mail service bldg would open again to send RR to Paul Donohue (I could have hand delivered in 1 hour). But I elected to wait so I could look over the cards.(the rules says to mail cards, anyway). Ended up taking 9 slots & 3 keys. Replaced with 12 slots & 4 keys. Total now, 78 slots & 26 keys. Went out today (ins.VV274429971US)Priority mail. Paul, you should receive in 2/3 days max. Thanks Joe
