Parcel Post rates vary by distance. Same package sent to me from the East coast costs $3.45... If the same package is sent Priority Mail the cost is $3.95.

Parcel delivery time is 7 days.
Priority delivery is 2 days.

I really don't like the new price structure for Priority Mail as the old price WAS for up to 2 lbs. Now it is more once you go over 1 lb.
