We solved the problem very quickly at our chapter meeting in KC last week. We decided that we would allow anyone to attend our meetings as a guest for a period of 1 year. After the year is up, they can either join our chapter AND the CCGTCC or they could quit coming.

It seems simple to me. The CCGTCC should require all chapter members to be CCGTCC members. Let the chapters decide how long they are willing to put up with guests. What's the big deal?
