The post was sent to me by a reputable lawyer (yes I know that could be an oxymoron) and since we know that the Postal Office has been considering some kind of alternative "tax" or charge, it didn't sound unreal to me. In any event, I made sure that the hoax would get plenty of exposure by inadvertently double posting it. <g>
