NO ONE has suggested that the club dictate what anyone collects or how it is collected. The club has no authority that I can see to issue any such edict and it would be unenforcible in any event.
My proposal is to restrict the use of club venues for the sale or promotion of slabbed chips. It does NOT propose any restriction on any members right or ability to slab chips or collect slabbed chips.
