Actually this one HAS been identified. There is a receipt for purchase of these chips -- with the WH design(Wesley Harrison) - showing they were for the AntlerS Club <<G> @ Gene> on Montezuma Street - which was a half block up from an area known statewide as Prescott's notorious Whiskey Row. The receipt I have seen is dated 1937 and it seems there was a re-order in 1946
