Jim, I don't think these are from the New Orleans area, at least I have
never seen them down here. We have a S/H which was for Hyland's Southport,
than a J/I for the Jefferson Inn, also E/J for Emma and Jennings, niece and
nephew of Joe Miller who ran the Roofgarden and later the New Garden Club,
also L/F for Lewis and Fink. Fink ran the Billionaire Club, D/D for Dutch
