I did a little research last night concerning the Rocker 4 chip in the Cunningham Book (Volume 2) on Military Tokens (Overseas Issues). While there is no listing for this chip in particular, there are several clubs listed with the name "Rocker 4" as well as "Rocker Four".

I think that for now you can put the chip down as deffiently Military, probably from overseas, and maybe from either Korea or Japan.

If you could, please send me a scan of the other color and I will do additional research on it as time permits.
