In piecing together my Sands collection, I found the following at the Chip Show this weekend. Upon further review, it looks like a long lost relative of the Tournament Sands 5/25/100 NCV chips of which only 200 sets are known. It's not in the Chip Rack or The Official US Casino Chip Price Guide.

Are these generally known to exist or did I blindly stumble into something a special? Any ideas?
