This should prove interesting as poker other then slots is not currently permitted by the contract between the Indian Casinos and the State of Minnesota. When Canterbury Downs opened a poker room last year, it did so with special permission from the state legisliature. The Indians were non too happy and while several started plans to open poker rooms, none did. Hopefully this will increase the number of chip issues here in Minnesota as they are normally few and far between. Keep us up to date. While Shooting Star is a little out of the way for me, I could be talked into a trip up there if there are enough request.

The last mailer I got from them they were advertising WIN cards (but only a mention of discount purchase of chips - no note of any WIN chips from their yet). Maybe they are try to take some of the business away from some of the more larger casinos down south near the Twin Cities.
