Re: Mark & Peter

Henry's slabbed chips were real chips. He had them slabbed,
sorry, I did not see which ones they were but knowing Henry, I imagine they were "Good Ones."

I saw very little activity at Henry's table.
I saw very little activity at the ICG table.

I did have a number of chippers ask me if they would be violating their pledge if they took a free sample. I encouraged them to take all they could get. I think they will be rare items and part of chip history very soon. <g> I did get one but I made another chipper go get it. I was embarrased to ask after I gave the ICG boys my "worst nightmare" speech.

We had many chippers ask us, "What is slabbing". The word is not around yet.
I also met a number of people that came to the show just to see what it was all about. Rene did an excellent job in turning out new people. In part because of a 1/4 page ad in the RJ & Sun. I am guessing it would have cost $1,500. Not sure if the PS helped with it, but I think it turned out some people.

The foot traffic is more than I ever seen at a non-convention show.
This is a good thing. Exposure!

BTW, Chuck did not wear his T-Shirt but another chipper did.
So, before he gets flack.
"I defend his right to wear it."
