The win386.swp is your swap file (hard drive space used as memory). It's not usually a good idea to go screwing around with that. Your swap file changes with everysingle thing you do on your computer so it will prbably be the latest updated file on your machine. You can change the size of your swap, but that's not really recommended either, unless you are quite familiar with your systems resource needs. The win386.swp is supposed to be there, mine is 94,208KB and that's not a problem for me. I think your problem may be elsewhere.

Sorry I couldn't really help you out. Maybe someone else can help you figure out what the problem really is, I just didn't want you to go deleting something you may need.
