Why a 3.60?

The Sahara Tahoe also had a similar 60-cent chip. They were used in the days of 60-cent keno to pay off small wins. Often, a combination or way ticket would pay 3.60. Don't think these got much use though. This is the only example of the 3.60 I know of, and there are only a handful of the .60s out there.
