That practice is usually reserved for ebay only. If I sell something to a person I know from my web page, I'll usually send immediately. If I do not know the person and they're a member, I'll wait for payment to arrive but will ship at that time and not wait for check to clear. Unknowns, non-members better to be safe than sorry....................
