Here's what I wrote to the seller...

I'll be putting a money order in the mail today which includes insurance.

BTW, I use to use pay pal myself, until I was notified by e-Bay of the following e-bay rules.

I am not too concerned that this seller is trying to defray their cost of doing business to their buyers, as I am the appearent extra 0.2% fee difference, I see them saying vs what I found on the Pay Pal site.
