This is what my wife spent HER chip money on last year! Before and after pictures of her 1924 Model T Roadster. This was her fathers car and has not been driven since 1955. We bought it about 15 years and many moves ago. I started the restoration, got it down the the frame, had it sandblasted and repainted it. Never got around to puting the body back on and just ran out of time and ambition. Cindy and I tried for several years to find someone to restore it without success. Finally she heard about a professional restorer who lived only 30 miles away. He gave her an idea of what it would cost and said it would take 6 months. A year later, and TWICE the estimate, here is the result. He didn't even look at the engine or transmission and redid all of my work. I figure if we drive it once a year until I die it will only cost about $800 every time I start the engine<G>.
