Re: Chip Info Request

Very nice chip and I still don't have any that haven't had the Jenna part scratched off, when they went into play under new ownership. (maybe even at another casino) But I don't know how defacing a chip would make it more valid than the original, which someone could scratch off themself?

I'm sure Janice knows the accurate facts (unlike my fuzzy memory) about this chip. It made the rounds in WI, and that part I can say for sure.

WI chips have the strangest ways of popping up in unexpected places. Add that the early casinos had nice cryptic imprints like RCC (Red Cliff), nothing but and Indian under a pine (Majestic Pines), HIC (actually Harris Michigan), RCB on something that looks like even cheaper home chips, OG (Oneida Greenbay), 1st American Games (also Oneida Greenbay), LDF (Lake of the Tourches) and BRC (Bad River Casino)... Greg has most all of these, and some that I wouldn't have known without his section, or Janice O'Neals list.

You can add that some of the above chips, The Indian with pine, Jenna and possibly others, may have been used at more than one casino!
