Last year the Colorado Chapter had it's charter revoked because we don't require all of our local members to be national members (we encourage it, but don't require it.) At the club business meeting at the convention this year, the BOD changed the bylaws to allow non-national members in local chapters. Jim Reilly is for leaving the bylaws change stand, Neal and Marty want it changed back to the way it was. Given that I'm an officer of the Colorado Chapter, this is a very important issue to me.

On another note, I was the first one on this BB to state that slabbed chips should be allowed on the convention bourse floor. I think those pushing that product and service should be shown first hand just how much the majority of chip collectors disdain the whole idea.
