I have a copyrighted statement printed on the bottom of my attorney letterhead which reads:

I first wrote that in 1976 when I was responsible for reviewing and evaluating the performance of DUI defendants in a multiple offender drunk driving program operated through the Orange County DA's office (a program which was the model on which the statewide multiple offender program established by California's SB38 was based).
