I'm glad you're "feeling all better". Those "doctor bills" can get kind of pricey. Around here, they want $150 just to take a look at it. Fortunately, I've found a guy that does computer repair work on the side for cheap!
My 'puter was never infected by this virus but I did receive it from the high bidder of an ebay auction of mine that had just closed. Almost Immediately after I got his 1st e-mail, I received a second e-mail, with no subject & that had an attachment named "HANSON.SCR", which would be a screen saver file.
I thought hmmmm, why would this guy be sending me a Hanson screensaver. I checked Norton's AV website, & sure enough, it was a virus. I would guess you must have received it the same way. The name of the attachment varies & is a decoy to get you to open up the virus & unleash itself.
