I didn't contact the ignorant seller since it was so obvious from the product and the description that "Capone's" was nothing more than a gimmick. Althuogh it is true, according to some of my sources, that paper or rubber chips were used in the back rooms of pool halls so as to make no noise, I suspect that 99% were cheap chips for home use. In any event8 I agree with you, Robert, but didn't see any danger of fraud.
