Just want to know if anyone has ever had a problem with a e-bayer named "cscsw4@aol.com".. I won one of his/her auctions more than a week ago and 3 or 4 e-mails later I have still not heard a word. There were 3 negitives in the file, all the same complaint, of people that e-mailed and never recieved a responce. What are my re-cources? I know I'm not out any money here, only time, but I sure do want my chips. Thanks...
