Re: North Star Variation
In Response To: North Star Variation ()

The original rack had black numbers on the 50c, $1 and $5. Shortly after the new versions were created. So the solid black numbers are first issue. I only have the $25 with yellow and I'm not current with WI chips. I've missed a bunch of special issues, New Years, Millenium etc. over the past two years.

The 50c at Rainbow was removed and a $2.50 issued. I wouldn't know except for catching a message here.

Wisconsin casinos are spread out from the tip of the state in the North (miles from the closest road to nowhere) to the more accessable in Milwaukee, Green Bay, Baraboo, and Black River Falls.

I did receive a card for a "match play" $5 chip at Potowatomi in Milwaukee, so one might appear. The coupon is good _after_ June 2001!

I still have hopes that someone with the time and knowledge of Mid-states, or interested in the project will someday come up with a guide (and price guide)to this area, that includes Indian Casinos.
