The media survive on advertising revenues. They will accept almost any ad as long as it is not blantantly illegal. How many commercials do you hear on the radio for quack drugs that will promise hair growth and other miracles or riches to be made in the stock markets? It has always happened and will probably always continue to happen.

The same is true for the online auction services. You have to let the bad in with the good. I do not fault them, I do not know of a better way for them offer their services. As always, in real life or in cyberland, "Let the Buyer Beware".
