Well, probably not, but the general contractor for the Theater for the Performing Arts has filed a suit in foreclosure charging the Casino with failure to complete construction cost payments exceeding $7 million and that has irritated the hell out of the Aladdin which is demanding an accounting. Sounds like the Florida thing all over again.
