It's a constant learning process. Some people are in the hobby just for the money. Other people are in it to help other collectors (and a little bit of money.) <G>

I do think that actual charges for postage and insurance should be stated up front, and if you get a surprise bill for those charges, you've learned something about who you are dealing with.
