I'm the one who put the 1933 date on it. Railroad Pass opened in then Boulder City in 1933. I assumed that this was a first issue chip.

The LGSQUR chips were made by Jones Bros. in New Orleans. Most of the cards are dated from the early 1950's to the early 1980's. Al Kleindienst can tell you a lot more than I can about this company.
