The B Dash mold is made at Atlantic Standard in Maine after 1988. In 1980 it would have been made at the Burt Co in Maine. It is registered to a distributor in the North West. More Confusion!
HCE would have ordered the blanks from the Burt Co and hot stamped it at their store.
I can not imagine Bloomingdales selling a Caesars chip in their stores. I can not imagine AC gaming allowing it.
