Bruce:

1. Assuming you only got 4 and are selling them for $8 - I owe YOU an Apology.
2. And I owe Greg an Apology for using the "P" word on the board.

HOWEVER - I asked you to post your side of the story for just that very reason.

1. Your Facts are QUITE different from the "story" that was posted right on THIS board and the "story" I got from another collector. The story I got was all the employees were putting the chips in their pockets as fast as they could get their hands on them and long before they hit the tables.
2. I would love to hear which collector has 100 of these chips; according to my calculations he/she has either 25% or 33% of the first release of these chips. Depending on whether you KNOW 300 or 400 were put on the tables for the collectors.

Perhaps my emotions got to me when I read "the chips were very popular with the employees" and I was told by several people how HARD it was for some of the collectors to get just ONE or TWO.

It's probably too late, but I do apologize to you Bruce.
BUT my feelings toward the Trop have NOT changed and never will.
Ask any collector or dealer in AC about the Trop and you'll get the same story.
At a minimum, they love to play games with the collectors!

And finally, it's time to take a siesta from this board and enjoy the holidays........... There is more to life than a chip from the Tropicana - and I don't want to p*** anyone else off.
