I went this morning to give negitive feedback to a man who was the high bidder on one of my license plate auctions.
For a month all he's given me is a run-around. I even had ebay send him a notice to pay.
When I went to post feedback, it came up that this person is no longer a registered user.
Is there a way to find out if he was suspended or just changed his ebay name so he could go on winning auctions and not paying. Mine would have been his 3rd negitive. I did ask for credit on this auction for non-payment prior to trying to post the negitive feedback.
