there's a place here in NJ that sells slot glass ocassionally--Probably AC casino's. I'll take a look next time I go there. They seem to make the rounds every now and then but you may want to check the Flea's and the "Antique" shops where you are as ocassionally you can find them there.A couple of places in Vegas area towards RedRock on Spring Mountain or Charleston had them as well.
