I do not know Dean Clark, I have not dealt with Dean Clark.
I have seen some nice chips he has offered on ebay ...
But I have heard enough stories of him burning chippers, and misrepresenting the chips he is selling.
I do not bid on his items. and I will not. No "good deal" on a chip is worth contributing to someone like that.
There are too many fair and honest people in the hobby,
What ever chips he has to offer, you will be able to get elsewhere.
