I've used the product for several years, Dave. Only problem I've had is antique clay chips, which are so fragile, they can still be broken by the mail handling. Have little problem with casino chips.

I buy it in bulk rolls and cut it to size to save money. Several stationery supply houses handle it.

However, the cost of size 000 bubble mailers has dropped so much that I will probably convert over to that as a standard mailing practice. They are even lighter than the corrugated cardboard and business envlope. If you buy the kind with helium gas in the bubbles, they don't weigh anything; however, you have to keep a broom-handle handy to knock them down from the ceiling when you're ready to mail <g>.
