I've got the chip below that is new in every way, except for a few of what I'd call dots (about the size of a surface texture dot, very small) indentations on the reverse surface of the inlay that can't be seen without a magnifying glass, much less felt by hand. I don't know if the chip I have was ever cancelled. I know many chips from this casino were.
