Will be produced by Roger Williams mint. The color and etching will be put on by Chipco. They are very nice and the scan does not do them justice. They are very expensive when compared to regular tokens. The idea is to put a few in with each fill. I am not sure it will work since before long most slots will be coinless.
I have a feeling we will be seeing most LE tokens sold at the cage.
