What is the correct term used to describe the chips that are sold in a manufacturer's outlet store that were never intended to be used by a casino?

They have been called "fantasy chips", "fake" or "phony chips", "home use chips", etc. I am not sure if any of these terms are accurate. I would rather use the term "non-casino" chip. Any other thoughts?
