There is another interesting Puerto Rico Crest &
Seal I've handled thru the years. We never knew the
chip existed, prior, because the example on display
in the USPC Museum is mounted reverse side up with
only the HC showing. The reverse actually says
Hotel Condado.

An example of the yellow chip is seen in Black's
Catalog of Puerto Rico chips. The chip is also
known in black (Very Rare).

BTW, these aren't the only two Crest & Seal chips
from Puerto Rico. Colonia Espanol Bayamon, P.R. is
one more I can think of hand (known in four colors).
