These are both UNUSED cards from the the gone Sands and Vegas World Casinos in Las Vegas. The Vegas World Platinum card is the only card that linked the Stratosphere Tower to orignial Vegas World owner. If you look closely you can see the card says " Stratosphere Club at Vegas World.
