First of all, Moe is an old-timer from Indian Springs,NV,(near what is known as AREA 51). The locals say that Moe had an encounter with aliens several years back while prospecting. His "encounters" even made some national newspapers, and of course, he has been a local legend ever since. I hear he also has had several encounters with Jim Beam,Jack Daniels & a guy named Bud Wiser.
The chips do look cool though, and who knows, maybe Moe moes something we don't moe.
