MGM has sold its new exclusive golf course to Park Place even before its opening. Park Place will use it for their high rollers. The course is rated #3 in the country, following #2 - Pebble Beach. This will bring Boulder City two courses with another three to open in 18 months. The $25 million club house has only a few more fire safety tests to complete on Monday. The pic shows workings installing glass over the atrium under which will be a raging river, starting from a 150 foot waterfall and ending in a large man-made lake. Isn't money great? <g>
