Larry, Yes indeedy, It was owned by a guy named Napoleon. I believe his last name was Jones though. He swore the plaque had been around the world several times and he found it at some place called The Ore House somewhere in Nevada. He obtained it by wagering with some young lady after something called a Round Robin lap dance. He wasnt too clear on all the details because he said he had imbibed a few too many Bicardi and cokes.
