It is listed as a "V" ($450-$499) chip in The Chip Rack which also shows it being used in the 1950's (The latest Chip Price Guide by Campiglia & Wells has it as the 12th issue). You said "maroon", but The Chip Rack & Chip Price Guide have it listed as red with the small crown mold & 2 blue inserts. Andy - Las Vegas
