Here's the deal on the dragons from Casino Niagara. I've scanned both below for you to see the difference. The 'numbered' dragons NEVER saw any table play and are ONLY available in the gift shop in the plastic case provided for $9.99 Canadian. The 'un-numbered' ones were used for play as you can see. There were NOT many on the tables I visited this past weekend.
